About Christina L. Foti
Christina was born and raised in Passaic County, NJ where she met her husband, Carmen. Together, they moved to Pen Argyl, PA in 1994 and to this day still reside in their “starter” home where they raised their three girls.
Before becoming a title agent, she worked as a real estate paralegal for a prominent law firm in Warren County, NJ and was also a licensed PA REALTOR®
Today, she is the owner of Sunrise Abstract & Settlement, LLC. In addition to being a title agent, she is also a real estate instructor for the Pocono Real Estate Academy.
